A long period "sur lattes" and a low dosage of just 2g/l create a gastronomic and vinous sparkling wine. On the nose, notes of brioche and almond harmonize with citrus and ripe apple. This is the first sparkling wine from our own vineyard. Winemaker Pieter Raeymaekers opted for a balanced base wine with subtle aromas, allowing the second fermentation in the bottle and the extended time on the lees to work their magic. To highlight the refined character of the Brut 2019, a dosage of only 3g/l was chosen. This results in a gastronomic and vinous sparkling wine that combines brioche and almond on the nose with ripe apple.
