Article 1 – General
1. Vinetiq NV complies with the “Act of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data,” as amended by the Act of December 11, 1998, as well as the anti-spam provisions of Book XII of the Belgian Economic Law Code concerning the “right of the electronic economy.”
2. Through this Privacy Policy, Vinetiq NV also aligns with the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR).
3. The party responsible for processing your personal data is Vinetiq NV. A declaration has been filed with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy regarding the processing of your personal data.
Article 2 – Personal Data
Personal data you provide to us:
1. Without registration: your IP address;
2. Your profile name, password, email address, login details;
3. Upon registration: when subscribing to our newsletter, your email address;
4. Via cookies;
5. Your address details when placing an order.

Article 3 – Purposes of Processing
General Purposes
Vinetiq NV will only use the Personal Data collected from you for the following purposes:
1. To maintain and improve this Website and to include Personal Data in anonymous statistics where the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be identified, based on Vinetiq NV’s legitimate interest to continuously improve its Website and services.

This does not affect your right to initiate civil proceedings.
If you suffer damage as a result of the processing of your personal data, you may file a claim for compensation.
Article 6 – Security and Confidentiality
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to prevent the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or accidental disclosure of collected personal data to third parties, as well as any other unauthorized processing of this data.
Under no circumstances can Vinetiq NV be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the misuse or unlawful use of personal data by a third party.
