How do I order online?
Discover our cuvées and wine experiences. When you want to order or make a reservation, select your desired quantity and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and fill in your details for delivery and payment. You will receive an order and payment confirmation in your email.
How can I pay?
We're flexible people. Choose how you prefer to pay from these options:

• Bancontact
• Paypal
• Bank transfer
We use secure payments and SSL certificates, so your payment details are safe!
What if the wine is disappointing?
We'd be sorry to hear that. But in that case, we'd like to hear your feedback via email (welcome@valkevleug.be), and we'll see how we can resolve it. If you have any bottles left of the wine, you can exchange them for another wine. Of course, you can also request a refund.
How quickly will I receive my delivery?
You'll receive your delivery within 3 to 5 working days. Need it faster? Call or email us at welcome@valkevleug.be, and we'll see what's possible.
How do you deliver?
You can expect your order to be delivered by one of our own drivers. They'll handle the delivery right to your doorstep.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are completely free.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere, but Belgium and the Netherlands are standard. For other destinations, we calculate the delivery cost upon request. Call or email us at welcome@valkevleug.be for more details.
