This is the first sparkling wine from our own vineyard. Winemaker Pieter Raeymaekers opted for a balanced base wine with subtle aromas, allowing the second fermentation in the bottle and the extended time on the lees to work their magic. To highlight the refined character of the Brut 2019, a dosage of only 3g/l was chosen.
