On Wednesday March 25, we invite you to an exclusive evening with Canadian winemaker Norman Hardie at restaurant The Jane Antwerp (Gault&Millau 18.5/20). 

Norman Hardie is a pioneer of cool climate wines in Canada. His vineyards in Prince Edward County and Niagara, close to mighty Lake Ontario, benefit from the cooling influence of the lake, giving his wines their remarkable freshness and finesse.

Top chef Nick Bril and sommelier Raïssa welcome you to The Jane Antwerp and guide you through a uniquely composed tasting menu, with every wine perfectly paired to a dish.

Since 2014, Nick Bril has been building a place where gastronomy goes beyond the plate. At The Jane, cuisine, music, design and culture merge into a refined total experience. First in the iconic chapel, where he earned two Michelin stars, and today in their new home at Het Eilandje. Chef Nick Bril continues to innovate without losing the soul of The Jane. Not a traditional restaurant, but a space where creativity, design and culinary vision come together.

Norman Hardie presents his complete collection, from County Chardonnays and Cabernet Francs to the exclusive Cuvée L and Cuvée des Amis, including several treasure collections. The highlight: his very first sparkling wine, presented here for the first time. 

Chef Nick Bril and his team serve a unique tasting menu of 3 bites followed by 8 creations, featuring exceptional products such as Irish Mor oyster, Balfegó tuna, langoustine, scallop and black truffle

The dinner concludes with our own Valke Vleug Brut 2021, a rare Belgian sparkling wine normally sold out, but exclusively available for this evening
