This is the first sparkling wine from our own vineyard. Winemaker Pieter Raeymaekers opted for a balanced base wine with subtle aromas, allowing the second fermentation in the bottle and the extended time on the lees to work their magic. To highlight the refined character of the Brut 2019, a dosage of only 3g/l was chosen. Dit is een serieuze Chardonnay uit de Côte Chalonnaise. De neus verraadt meteen zijn ambitie: dens wit en geel steenfruit, toast en geroosterde noten. Het rijk mondgevoel wordt ondersteund door voldoende zuren die spanning brengen in de wijn. De romige lange afdronk ontgoochelt niet.
