With natural fermentation and aging in large acacia wood barrels, the successor to the 2019 white Pinot Auxerrois is a complex, gastronomic wine. The nose is lively with citrus, spring blossoms, stone fruit, and a hint of toast. This extroversion continues on the palate with a combination of density and freshness. The acacia wood is beautifully integrated, giving the wine length and vigor. A touch of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc adds extra breadth and tension.
