The palate is elegant, and the long finish brims with freshness. With only 2,200 bottles produced, this sparkling wine is exceptionally limited.

Manual harvesting of only the best bunches, whole-cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation, and ageing in 500 L acacia-wood barrels. On the nose, we find spring blossom, citrus, and a light spiciness. The palate opens round and juicy with gentle acidity and a delicate suppleness. Ripe fruit and a well-integrated touch of oak lead into a fine, elegant finish.
