5 Years Valke Vleug A Summer of Culinary Icons

We are celebrating the fifth anniversary of Wijndomein Valke Vleug with an exceptional culinary series: seven gastronomic weekends, seven Michelin stars, and an impressive line-up of top chefs from both home and abroad. 
Throughout the summer, renowned chefs will gather on our estate for unique four-hands collaborations. Each weekend offers a special star-level experience, something you can only witness once. 

 

Roger Souvereyns** and protégés 

Roger Souvereyns** is the grand master of Belgian gastronomy, having achieved the sublime Gault&Millau score of 19.5/20 and two Michelin stars with his iconic hotel-restaurant Scholteshof.
Roger (86) invites several of his talented protégés for a series of special four-hands dinners. From chef Jacob Jan Boerma***, to Jo Bussels, and Johan Schroven*. 

The best Italian fine dining in the Benelux 

Antwerp-based restaurant Materia, ranked No. 37 in The 50 Best Italian Restaurants in the World, welcomes icons such as Giovanni Bruno from restaurant Senzanome* in Brussels (No. 14) and Pasquale Carfora from restaurant Aroma in the Netherlands (No. 43). Together, they present outstanding quattro mani, complemented by a surprising mix of fine dining and Neapolitan street food from pizza chef Luca Fabozzi

Celebrate our harvest with HarFest  

We conclude the summer with HarFest, our annual harvest festival. Come join the harvest and then enjoy a delicious star-level lunch, featuring a menu specially curated for this occasion by the chefs from our summer edition, Roger Souvereyns** together with chef Luigi from restaurant Materia
