About Luca Fabozzi
Luca Fabozzi is a 29-year-old Neapolitan pizzaiolo, born and raised in Naples, the undisputed pizza capital of the world. From an early age, he was fascinated by pizza and the arte bianca. He studied at the "Academy of Pizza", where he mastered the craft and chose to turn his passion into a profession.
For Luca, pizza is more than food, it's a way of representing his city and its traditions wherever he goes. That same belief brought him to Belgium, where he has already collaborated with several talented chefs.
