About Senzanome*
Senzanome* is the life’s work of chef Giovanni Bruno, shaped by a deep-rooted family tradition. The Bruno family moved from Sicily to Belgium in the 1970s to pursue their culinary dreams. Giovanni grew up in his parents’ kitchen and eventually took over the restaurant at a young age.
Since 1997, Giovanni and his sister Nadia have run Senzanome* in Brussels. His cuisine is a refined tribute to Italy, from north to south, combining authenticity with a personal and modern touch. His dishes are elegant, pure, and intuitive.
Senzanome* holds one Michelin star and ranks 14th on The 50 Best Italian Restaurants in the World.
