For one weekend only, DIM Dining* returns. For many years, the restaurant was a leading reference in Asian fine dining in Antwerp and was awarded one Michelin star. During the weekend of September 5 and 6, Jonas Kellens and Chef Simon Van Dun reunite their signature style, this time at Wijndomein Valke Vleug.
A Pioneer in Japanese Fine Dining

The restaurant became renowned for its layered approach to Japanese flavours, refined hospitality, and a cuisine where technique, ingredients, and emotion came together at the table. Sake played a central role within the restaurant, featuring one of the most extensive selections in Belgium, curated by sake sommelier Jonas Kellens. In the spring of 2026, the restaurant closed its doors, but for A Japanese Summer, our curator Jonas Kellens brings the essence of DIM Dining* back to life one final time at the estate.
Throughout this exclusive weekend, a 6-course menu will showcase that signature style once again. Each course is created with careful attention to seasonal ingredients, technique, and rhythm, accompanied by sakes from Shinshu Sake and wines from Wijndomein Valke Vleug and Vinetiq.
